[745] A bhikkhunī who ordains (vuṭṭhāpeti) a maiden less than twenty years of age commits two offences (āpatti): while she is ordaining her, in the act itself there is an offence of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa); when she has been ordained, there is an offence of pācittiya.
