[746] A bhikkhunī ordaining a maiden who has completed twenty years but who has not trained for two years in the training in the six dhammas incurs two offenses: in the act of ordaining, an offense of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa); when she has been ordained, an offense entailing expiation (pācittiya).
