[747] Ordaining (vuṭṭhāpentī) a maiden (kumārībhūtā) who has completed her full twenty years and who, for two years, has trained in the training in the six rules (cha dhammā), but who has not been agreed upon (asammatā) by the Saṅgha, one incurs two offenses: in the act of ordaining, [there is] a dukkaṭa; when she has been ordained, an offense of pācittiya.
