[748] One of less than twelve years' standing, giving ordination (vuṭṭhāpentī), commits two offenses (āpatti): while she is giving ordination, for the act there is an offense of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa); when the ordination has been given, an offense of expiation (pācittiya).
