[756] Giving ordination (vuṭṭhāpeti) every year, she commits two offences (āpatti): while she is giving the ordination, in the act itself there is an offence of wrongdoing (dukkaṭa); when the ordination has been given, there is an offence entailing expiation (pācittiya).
