[738] One who ordains (vuṭṭhāpeti) a probationer (sikkhamānā) who has completed the two years' training in the six dhammas, but who has not been agreed upon by the Saṅgha, commits two offences: in the act of ordaining, an offence of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa); when she has been ordained, an offence entailing expiation (pācittiya).
