[754] One who ordains (vuṭṭhāpeti) a probationer (sikkhamānā) who has not been permitted by her parents or by her husband commits two offenses (āpatti): in the act of ordaining her, an offense of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa); when she has been ordained, an offense entailing expiation (pācittiya).
