[945] There are two pārājika offences — of bhikkhus and of bhikkhunīs. There are two saṅghādisesas, two thullaccayas, two pācittiyas, two pāṭidesanīyas, two dukkaṭas, two dubbhāsitas — of bhikkhus and of bhikkhunīs. There are seven offences (āpatti); seven classes of offences (āpattikkhandha). The Saṅgha is divided in two ways: by a formal act (kamma) or by the taking of voting tickets (salākagāha).
