[95] "Regarding the offence of expiation (pācittiya) for an out-of-turn meal (paramparabhojana): where was it laid down?" — "It was laid down at Vesālī." — "Concerning whom?" — "Concerning several bhikkhus." — "On account of what matter?" — "On account of the matter that several bhikkhus, having been invited in one place, ate in another. There is one promulgation (paññatti) and three supplementary promulgations (anupaññatti). Of the six origins of offences (āpattisamuṭṭhāna), it arises by two origins (as in the Kathina rule) …"
