[121] "The pācittiya (pācittiya) for one who bathes at intervals of less than half a month — where was it laid down?" "It was laid down at Rājagaha." "Concerning whom?" "Concerning several bhikkhus." "On account of what matter?" "On account of the matter that several bhikkhus, even though they had seen the king, bathed without knowing moderation." There is one promulgation (paññatti) and six supplementary promulgations (anupaññatti). "Is it a promulgation applying everywhere, or a promulgation applying to a particular region?"
