"With reference to several bhikkhunīs."
"Concerning what matter?"
"Concerning the matter that several bhikkhunīs, having completed the rains residence, did not set out on tour."
There is one laying-down. Of the six origins of offences, it arises through one origin (as in the first pārājika).
