[121] Great king, a bhikkhu thus accomplished in virtue (sīla) sees no danger from any quarter in regard to his restraint by virtue (sīlasaṃvara). Just as, great king, a head-anointed khattiya king who has struck down his adversaries sees no danger from any quarter in regard to a foe, even so, great king, a bhikkhu thus accomplished in virtue sees no danger from any quarter in regard to his restraint by virtue. Endowed with this noble aggregate of virtue (sīlakkhandha), he experiences within himself a blameless happiness. Thus, great king, is a bhikkhu accomplished in virtue.
