Suttapiṭaka · Dīghanikāya · Sīlakkhandhavagga · Vol. 9 · Section 212

[212] There will come to the sacrifice of the honorable one both those who take what is not given (adinnādāna) and those who refrain from taking what is not given. As to those there who take what is not given, the outcome of that is theirs alone; but as to those there who refrain from taking what is not given, it is with regard to them that the honorable one should sacrifice, the honorable one should relinquish, the honorable one should rejoice, and let the honorable one make his mind serene within.
