[536] A bhikkhu, having given instructions, departs, and he instructs: "Build a dwelling (vihāra) for me," saying, "Let it be on a designated site (desitavatthuka), not involving harm (anārambha), and having space around it (saparikkamana)." They build a dwelling for him on an undesignated site, involving harm, without space around it: there is an offense of three dukkaṭas for the builders. … Involving harm, with space around it: there is an offense of two dukkaṭas for the builders. … Not involving harm, without space around it: there is an offense of two dukkaṭas for the builders. … Not involving harm, with space around it: there is an offense of one dukkaṭa for the builders.
