[539] There is no offense (anāpatti): in the case of a rock cave (leṇa), a grotto (guhā), or a grass hut (tiṇakuṭikā); when it is for the sake of another; excepting a dwelling-house, in all other cases there is no offense; for one who is mad; for the first offender.
