[54] Now at that time a certain bhikkhu who went on alms round, having seen a young girl lying on a small bench, became lustful and inserted his thumb into her genitals. She died. Remorse arose in him … "Bhikkhu, there is no offence of pārājika; there is an offence of saṅghādisesa."
