[583] **"Then, on a later occasion" (tato aparena samayena)** means: when that moment (khaṇa), that instant (laya), that brief period (muhutta) at which he was groundlessly charged has passed. **"Being pressed for the grounds" (samanuggāhiyamāno)** means: being pressed for the grounds concerning the matter over which he was groundlessly charged. **"Not being pressed for the grounds" (asamanuggāhiyamāno)** means: not being addressed by anyone at all.
