[607] When it is a legitimate act (dhammakamma), and he perceives it as a legitimate act, if he does not relinquish, there is an offense of saṅghādisesa. When it is a legitimate act, and he is doubtful, if he does not relinquish, there is an offense of saṅghādisesa. When it is a legitimate act, and he perceives it as an illegitimate act (adhammakamma), if he does not relinquish, there is an offense of saṅghādisesa. When it is an illegitimate act, and he perceives it as a legitimate act, there is an offense of dukkaṭa. When it is an illegitimate act, and he is doubtful, there is an offense of dukkaṭa. When it is an illegitimate act, and he perceives it as an illegitimate act, there is an offense of dukkaṭa.
