[61] Now at that time a bhikkhu named Sundara, who had gone forth from Rājagaha, was walking along a street. A certain woman, seeing him, said this: "Wait a moment, venerable sir; I will pay homage to you." While paying homage, she lifted up his inner robe (antaravāsaka) and took hold of his male organ with her mouth. He was remorseful … "Bhikkhu, did you consent?" "I did not consent, Blessed One." "Bhikkhu, there is no offense (anāpatti) for one who does not consent."
