[390] Now at that time a certain bhikkhu touched his mother out of affection for his mother. Remorse arose in him: "Could it be that I have committed an offense entailing a formal meeting of the Saṅgha (saṅghādisesa)?" He reported this matter to the Blessed One. "Bhikkhu, there is no offense entailing a formal meeting of the Saṅgha; there is an offense of wrongdoing (dukkaṭa)."
Now at that time a certain bhikkhu touched his daughter out of affection for his daughter … touched his sister out of affection for his sister. Remorse arose in him … He reported this matter to the Blessed One. "Bhikkhu, there is no offense entailing a formal meeting of the Saṅgha; there is an offense of wrongdoing (dukkaṭa)."
