[351] Now at that time a certain bhikkhu had a wound (vaṇa) on his genitals. While he was applying medicine, semen was emitted. He became remorseful: "Could it be that I have committed an offence of saṅghādisesa?" He reported this matter to the Blessed One. "What was your intention, bhikkhu?" "I had no intention of causing emission, Blessed One." "Bhikkhu, for one who has no intention of causing emission there is no offence."
Now at that time a certain bhikkhu had a wound on his genitals. While, intending emission, he was applying medicine, semen was emitted … semen was not emitted. He became remorseful … "Bhikkhu, there is no offence of saṅghādisesa; there is an offence of thullaccaya."
