[374] Now at that time, while a certain bhikkhu was rinsing his genital organ (aṅgajāta) with water, semen was emitted. He was remorseful … "Bhikkhu, there is no offence for one who does not intend emission."
Now at that time, semen was emitted from a certain bhikkhu who, intending emission, was rinsing his genital organ with water … semen was not emitted. He was remorseful … "Bhikkhu, there is no offence entailing saṅghādisesa; there is an offence of thullaccaya."
