[366] Now at that time, as a certain bhikkhu, intending release, was rubbing his genitals with a piece of wood, semen was emitted … semen was not emitted. He was remorseful … "Bhikkhu, there is no offence entailing saṅghādisesa; there is an offence of thullaccaya (grave offence)."
