[367] Now at that time, as a certain bhikkhu was bathing against the stream (paṭisota), semen (asuci) was emitted. He was remorseful (kukkucca) … "There is no offense (anāpatti), bhikkhu, for one who does not intend emission." Now at that time, as a certain bhikkhu, intending emission, was bathing against the stream, semen was emitted … semen was not emitted. He was remorseful … "Bhikkhu, there is no offense of saṅghādisesa; there is an offense of thullaccaya."
