[391] Now at that time a certain bhikkhu engaged in bodily contact with his former wife. He was remorseful… "Bhikkhu, you have committed an offense entailing a formal meeting of the Saṅgha (saṅghādisesa)."
Now at that time a certain bhikkhu engaged in bodily contact with a female spirit (yakkhinī). He was remorseful… "Bhikkhu, there is no saṅghādisesa offense; there is an offense of grave transgression (thullaccaya)."
Now at that time a certain bhikkhu engaged in bodily contact with a paṇḍaka. He was remorseful… "Bhikkhu, there is no saṅghādisesa offense; there is an offense of thullaccaya."
Now at that time a certain bhikkhu engaged in bodily contact with a sleeping woman. He was remorseful… "Bhikkhu, you have committed a saṅghādisesa offense."
Now at that time a certain bhikkhu engaged in bodily contact with a dead woman. He was remorseful… "Bhikkhu, there is no saṅghādisesa offense; there is an offense of thullaccaya."
Now at that time a certain bhikkhu engaged in bodily contact with a female animal. He was remorseful… "Bhikkhu, there is no saṅghādisesa offense; there is an offense of wrongdoing (dukkaṭa)."
Now at that time a certain bhikkhu engaged in bodily contact with a wooden doll. He was remorseful… "Bhikkhu, there is no saṅghādisesa offense; there is an offense of dukkaṭa."
