[63] Now at that time a certain bhikkhu, having gone to a charnel ground and seen a body not yet devoured, engaged in sexual intercourse (methuna dhamma) with it. He was remorseful … "Bhikkhu, you have committed an offense entailing expulsion (pārājika)."

Now at that time a certain bhikkhu, having gone to a charnel ground and seen a severed head, inserted his male organ (aṅgajāta) into the gaping mouth, touching it. He was remorseful … "Bhikkhu, you have committed an offense entailing expulsion."
Now at that time a certain bhikkhu, having gone to a charnel ground and seen a severed head, inserted his male organ into the gaping mouth without touching it. He was remorseful … "Bhikkhu, there is no offense entailing expulsion; there is an offense of wrongdoing (dukkaṭa)."
Now at that time a certain bhikkhu's mind was bound in attachment to a certain woman. She died and was discarded in a charnel ground; her bones lay scattered. Then that bhikkhu, having gone to the charnel ground, gathered the bones together and set his male organ against the genital mark (nimitta). He was remorseful … "Bhikkhu, there is no offense entailing expulsion; there is an offense of wrongdoing."
