[105] But I, Cunda, am a teacher who has now arisen in the world, an Arahant (arahaṃ), a Perfectly Enlightened One (sammāsambuddho); and the Dhamma is well proclaimed, well expounded, emancipating, conducive to peace, made known by one who is perfectly enlightened; and my disciples have been made to understand the meaning in the true Dhamma (saddhamma); and the holy life (brahmacariya) in its entirety and fullness has been made manifest to them, made plain, furnished with all its collected sayings, furnished with its demonstrable basis, well proclaimed as far as gods and humans. And I, Cunda, am now a teacher who is an elder, of long standing, long gone forth, advanced in age, arrived at the last stage of life.
