[180] "Householder's son, there are these six dangers (ādīnava) in being habitually addicted to roaming the streets at untimely hours: he himself is unguarded and unprotected; his wife and children are unguarded and unprotected; his property is unguarded and unprotected; he falls under suspicion in this or that place; untrue reports fasten upon him; and he stands at the forefront of many things that bring suffering (dukkha). These, householder's son, are the six dangers in being habitually addicted to roaming the streets at untimely hours."
