[320] "Furthermore, venerable sir, the Blessed One is content (santuṭṭho) with any kind of robe whatsoever, and speaks in praise of contentment (santuṭṭhi) with any kind of robe whatsoever. Venerable sir, since the Blessed One is content with any kind of robe whatsoever and speaks in praise of contentment with any kind of robe whatsoever, this, venerable sir, is the second quality I see in the Blessed One on account of which the disciples honor, respect, esteem, and venerate the Blessed One, and, having honored and respected him, live in dependence upon him."
