[35] "And that verse, Mahānāma, was well sung by Brahmā Sanaṅkumāra, not badly sung; well spoken, not badly spoken; connected with benefit, not unconnected with benefit; and it was approved by the Blessed One."
Then the Blessed One, having risen, addressed the Venerable Ānanda: "Good, good, Ānanda! It is good indeed, Ānanda, that you have spoken of the trainee's practice (sekhapaṭipadā) to the Sakyans of Kapilavatthu."
Thus spoke the Venerable Ānanda. The Teacher approved. Satisfied, the Sakyans of Kapilavatthu delighted in the Venerable Ānanda's words.
The Sekhapaṭipadā Sutta, the third, is finished.
