[383] When this was said, the assembly of the wanderer (paribbājaka) Sakuludāyi made an uproar, a loud noise and a great clamor: "Herein we are lost, together with our teacher's tradition! Herein we are lost, together with our teacher's tradition! We know nothing higher, beyond this." Then the wanderer Sakuludāyi, having quieted those wanderers, said this to the Blessed One: "But to what extent, venerable sir, is a world of exclusive happiness (ekantasukho loko) realized by him?"
