Suttapiṭaka · Majjhimanikāya · Vol. 14 · Section 133

[133] "And how, bhikkhus, is an untrue person (asappurisa) endowed with the qualities of an untrue person (asaddhamma)? Here, bhikkhus, an untrue person is without faith, without shame, without fear of wrongdoing, of little learning, lazy, of muddled mindfulness, and of poor wisdom. It is in this way, bhikkhus, that an untrue person is endowed with the qualities of an untrue person."
