Suttapiṭaka · Majjhimanikāya · Vol. 14 · Section 134

[134] And how, bhikkhus, is an untrue person (asappurisa) devoted to untrue persons? Here, bhikkhus, an untrue person has as friends and companions those ascetics and brahmins who are without faith, shameless, without fear of wrongdoing, of little learning, lazy, of muddled mindfulness, and of poor wisdom. Thus, bhikkhus, is an untrue person devoted to untrue persons.
