[146] And how, bhikkhus, is a true person (sappurisa) one who thinks the thoughts of a true person? Here, bhikkhus, a true person neither intends his own affliction, nor intends the affliction of others, nor intends the affliction of both. Thus, bhikkhus, is a true person one who thinks the thoughts of a true person.
