[136] "And how, bhikkhus, is an untrue person (asappurisa) one who counsels as an untrue person? Here, bhikkhus, an untrue person counsels for his own affliction, counsels for the affliction of others, and counsels for the affliction of both. It is in this way, bhikkhus, that an untrue person is one who counsels as an untrue person."
