[142] "Bhikkhus, could a true person (sappurisa) know of a true person: 'This worthy one is a true person'?" "Yes, venerable sir." "Good, bhikkhus. It is possible, bhikkhus, that a true person could know of a true person: 'This worthy one is a true person.' But, bhikkhus, could a true person know of an untrue person (asappurisa): 'This worthy one is an untrue person'?" "Yes, venerable sir." "Good, bhikkhus. This too, bhikkhus, is possible: that a true person could know of an untrue person: 'This worthy one is an untrue person.'"
