[143] Bhikkhus, a true person (sappurisa) is endowed with good qualities (saddhamma); he is devoted to true persons, has the intentions of a true person, offers the counsel of a true person, has the speech of a true person, has the actions of a true person, has the views of a true person, and gives the gifts of a true person.
