[148] "And how, bhikkhus, is a true person one who has the speech of a true person? Here, bhikkhus, a true person abstains from false speech, abstains from divisive speech, abstains from harsh speech, and abstains from idle chatter. Thus, bhikkhus, is a true person one who has the speech of a true person."
