[670] Therein, bhikkhus, as to what is spoken by one who speaks hurriedly: this is a state beset by suffering (dukkha), beset by harm, beset by despair, beset by fever; it is the wrong way of practice. Therefore this is a state with strife (saraṇa). Therein, bhikkhus, as to what is spoken by one who does not speak hurriedly: this is a state free of suffering, free of harm, free of despair, free of fever; it is the right way of practice. Therefore this is a state free of strife (araṇa).
