Dhātuvibhaṅgasutta

Suttapiṭaka · Majjhimanikāya · Vol. 14 · Section 697

[697] "Bhikkhus, Pukkusāti the clansman was wise. He practiced in accordance with the Dhamma (dhammassa anudhammaṁ), and he did not trouble me on account of the Dhamma. Bhikkhus, with the utter destruction of the five lower fetters (saṃyojana), Pukkusāti the clansman is one spontaneously reborn (opapātika), due to attain final Nibbāna there, not subject to returning from that world." Thus spoke the Blessed One. Delighted, those bhikkhus rejoiced in the Blessed One's words. The Dhātuvibhaṅga Sutta, the Tenth, is finished.
