Puṇṇovādasutta

[765] "Bhikkhus, Puṇṇa the clansman was wise. He practiced in accordance with the Dhamma, and he did not trouble me on account of the Dhamma. Bhikkhus, Puṇṇa the clansman has attained final Nibbāna (parinibbuta)." Thus spoke the Blessed One. Elated, those bhikkhus rejoiced in the Blessed One's words. End of the Puṇṇovāda Sutta, the third. ___________
