Dakkhiṇāvibhaṅgasutta

Suttapiṭaka · Majjhimanikāya · Vol. 14 · Section 718

[718] "And how, Ānanda, is an offering (dakkhiṇā) purified both by the giver and by the recipient? Here, Ānanda, the giver is virtuous, of good character, and the recipients are virtuous, of good character. Thus indeed, Ānanda, is an offering purified both by the giver and by the recipient. "These, Ānanda, are the four purifications of an offering."
