[724] "Venerable Sāriputta, just as a strong man might clamp a binding upon the head with a tough leather strap, even so, venerable Sāriputta, do violent winds cut around my head. I cannot keep well, venerable sir, I cannot carry on; my grievous painful feelings (vedanā) increase and do not abate; their increase is evident, not their abatement."
