[768] When those bhikkhunīs (bhikkhunī) had sat down to one side, the Venerable Nandaka said this to them: "Sisters, this will be a talk by way of questioning. Therein, when you understand, you should say 'We understand'; when you do not understand, you should say 'We do not understand.' Or if any of you has doubt or perplexity, I myself should be questioned back about it thus: 'Venerable sir, how is this? What is the meaning of this?'"
"Venerable sir, even by this much we are pleased and rejoice in Master Nandaka, in that Master Nandaka invites us thus."
