[80] Thus have I heard. On one occasion the Blessed One was dwelling among the Kurus, at a market town of the Kurus named Kammāsadhamma. There the Blessed One addressed the bhikkhus: "Bhikkhus!" "Venerable sir," those bhikkhus replied to the Blessed One.
