Sakalikasutta

[124] Standing to one side, one deity (devatā) uttered this inspired utterance (udāna) in the presence of the Blessed One: "A nāga indeed, sir, is the ascetic Gotama! And through his nāga-like manner, when bodily feelings (vedanā) have arisen — painful, racking, sharp, piercing, disagreeable, and displeasing — he endures them, mindful and clearly comprehending, without being distressed."
