[128] Then another devatā uttered this inspired utterance (udāna) in the presence of the Blessed One: "A yoke-bearer indeed, sirs, is the ascetic Gotama! And through his yoke-bearer's manner, when bodily feelings (vedanā) have arisen — painful (dukkha), racking, sharp, piercing, disagreeable, displeasing — he endures them, mindful and clearly comprehending, without being distressed."
