[402] At Sāvatthī. … Seated to one side, King Pasenadi of Kosala said this to the Blessed One: "Venerable sir, how many things (dhammā), when they arise, arise for the harm of the world, for its suffering (dukkha), and for its dwelling in discomfort?"
