[49] "And how, bhikkhu, have sensual pleasures (kāmā) been declared by the Blessed One to be time-bound (kālikā), full of suffering (dukkha), full of despair (upāyāsa), while the danger (ādīnava) in them is still greater? And how is this Dhamma directly visible (sandiṭṭhika), timeless (akālika), inviting one to come and see (ehipassika), leading onward (opanayika), to be personally experienced by the wise (paccattaṃ veditabbo viññūhi)?"
