Suttapiṭaka · Saṁyuttanikāya · Sagāthāvaggasaṁyutta · Vol. 15 · Section 751

[751] On one occasion the Blessed One was dwelling at Rājagaha, in the Bamboo Grove (Veḷuvana), the Squirrels' Feeding Ground (Kalandakanivāpa). Then the Venerable Aññākoṇḍañña, after a very long time indeed, approached the Blessed One; and having approached, he prostrated himself with his head at the Blessed One's feet, covered the Blessed One's feet with kisses with his mouth, stroked them all over with his hands, and announced his name: "I am Koṇḍañña, Blessed One! I am Koṇḍañña, Fortunate One (Sugata)!"
